其实我只感到可悲,又一次的闭关锁国,不对chatgpt开放,也不进行跟进,还期待所谓的国内市场自己开发.

我只能说在AI时代我们又落后了,芯片是,AI也是,面对巨变不是跟进,反而是禁止人民使用.难道全球60亿少了14亿就过不下去了?

现在的AI还有汽车的自动驾驶都是挂钩的,我们是不是以后又要继续输?
